I am originally from Fayetteville, NC. I graduated from high school in 1995. I have been happily married since 2003 to Malia, who is also a vital part of our business. In 2007 we welcomed our daughter Ayden into the world. I enjoy most outdoor activities, some of my favorite activities are: snowboarding, wakeboarding, basketball, gardening, traveling with my family, and boating. I have been in the auto reconditioning industry since 1996, I entered into wheel repair in 2003, and the rest is history. I have a passion for owning and operating an honest and ethical business. Our business success does not allow me to do as much hands on work with wheels as I would like. Most of my time is spent growing our business and improving on it each and everyday. Having a great team is vital to our growth and success as a rim repair company. The team members below are the reason we are able to provide a quality service. Kim

Kim is a graduate of Apex High School and mother of 2 boys with another on the way. Kim enjoys the beach, playing softball, and spending time with her family. Kim has worked in the administrative field for the past 13 years. At Kwicksilver by Rimguard, Kim handles scheduling appointments, supplies for our techs, expos, and all administrative operations. We are fortunate to have such a competent office manager.
Paul

Paul was born and raised in Willow Springs, NC. Paul decided in his senior year of high school that he wanted to be in the automotive industry. Paul enrolled in Nashville Auto Diesel College and took Auto Paint and Body Repair Technology. After college he worked at a local paint repair facility for a few years. In 2008 Paul’s life was changed forever when his beautiful daughter Ava was born. In 2010 Paul made his best career change to date, and became part of the Kwicksilver by Rimguard team, and we are pleased to have him. Paul services the Cary Auto Park off Hwy 64.
Pete

Pete is married with 3 children. Pete and his family love spending time together enjoying most outdoor activities and sports. Pete graduated high school in 1997 out of Stoughton, MA. In 2002 Pete began his automotive career in S.W. Florida. Pete worked for an auto restoration and full service repair shop specializing in high end European makes. Pete was also a shop foreman for an industrial powder coating shop in Florida. During his time in Florida he received certification at the Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology for basic welding, and the PPG Refinishing Program in Orlando. Pete is also part of the Kwicksilver by Rimguard crack repair team. Pete services our Raleigh shop location and supports our surrounding mobile techs when needed. We are happy to have Pete on our team.
Robby

Robby was born and raised in Fuquay-Varina, NC. He has lived and worked in the Raleigh area for a few years now. Robby enjoys playing guitar, audio and video recording, editing, drawing, and tinkering with electronics. Robby enjoys being creative, coming up with solutions, and he takes great pride in everything he pursues. Robby has a long history with the automotive industry and a passion for working with cars, inside and out. Currently Robby services the Triangle area as a support floater for our mobile techs. Robby is a pleasure to work with and an asset to our company.

Ryan

Ryan was born and raised in the Piedmont area of NC. He graduated from high school in 2001, and in 2003 received a degree in Heating and Air. In 2007 he was married and in November 2010 the happy couple welcomed their first child into the world, a boy. Ryan is a big sports fan, he is an avid golfer, and fisherman. Ryan has been in the wheel business for many years. Ryan enjoys the fact that every wheel repair is different, he also enjoys the interaction with his customers. Ryan services the Durham, Chapel Hill areas of NC. Ryan is a loyal asset to Kwicksilver by Rimguard, Inc.
